Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
We’ll email you once your order is shipped we don’t lie about that.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic (India): 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges in included in the selling price.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs delays, weather, or unexpected events).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.
If the tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately so we can investigate.

Shipping Restrictions
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at behindthelies@whatifweselllies.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue - no false promises.
