Refund policy

We accept returns within 10 days of you receiving your order. After that, your story becomes a legend we can’t rewrite.


Eligibility
1. To qualify for a return: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
2. We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, or damage after delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required.


Return Process
Email behindthelies@whatifweselllies.com to request a return.
Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order value.


Damages & Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you believe your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Record a clear, uncut video while opening your package showing the sealed parcel, the full unboxing, and the item itself.
Email this video to us within 48 hours of delivery along with your order details.
Without this video evidence, we may not be able to approve damage or missing item claims.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Want a different size or style? Return your item as above, then place a new order.


Important Disclaimers

  • Courier Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events. We will assist in tracking, but such delays do not qualify for refunds.
  • Wrong Address: Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require re-shipping at the customer’s cost.
  • Colour Variations: Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings. This is not considered a defect.
  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier. Resolutions will depend on the outcome of this investigation.

All return and refund decisions are at the discretion of What if we sell lies. We are committed to fairness, but our word is final.
